Brand & Growth Audit

A great story,
told to too few people.

Hermanas Amigas has the hardest thing in spirits to manufacture: an authentic, press-worthy brand — a luxury bottle, a powerful sisterhood story, and national media that keeps showing up. What's missing is the machinery to turn that attention into an audience and sales. This is a quick, honest look at where the gaps are — and what we'd fix first.

A note on the sample work

We ran a patent search and combed the web — no can artwork or brand direction for Unbreakable is out there yet. So we based this on the one place it does exist: Toya's 2025 Santa Barbara Independent interview, where she named the flavors — strawberry, lemon, and grapefruit. That's what drives the teaser.

With no can design to reference, we made it a strength: a dramatic hidden reveal, with a palette drawn from your bottle's own black, gold, and crystal. Treat this as a sample of our research, quality, and speed — not a finished direction. Every color and concept is yours to redirect.

The honest read

What's working — and what's leaking

The brand equity is real. The funnel around it isn't built yet.

✦ Real strengths

  • A luxury product that looks the partCrystal decanter, gold cap, the four-women label — genuinely premium shelf presence.
  • A story people actually coverFounder-led, from grief to purpose — earning unpaid national and regional media.
  • A distinctive, ownable identityBlack, woman-owned luxury tequila with a sisterhood motif — rare in the category.
  • Real retail tractionPlacement across dozens of stores and celebrity-gifting moments to build on.

— Where it's leaking

  • No real websiteA thin template with no shop and no reason to come back — press clicks land nowhere.
  • No way to capture an audienceNo email list, no waitlist. Every media spike evaporates uncaptured.
  • Social is manual and inconsistentHigh effort, low return — no system, no cross-platform posting, no discovery strategy.
  • Nothing to keep fans engagedNo recipe content, no cocktail guides, no reason to follow between launches.
The opportunity

You've already earned the attention. Let's keep it.

Most brands pay dearly for the awareness Hermanas Amigas gets for free. The upside here isn't "get famous" — it's stop letting hard-won attention slip away. A real site, an audience you own, and content that runs itself turn press moments and tastings into a list of buyers you can reach again and again — especially heading into the Unbreakable launch.

What we can do

We build the website, the content,
and the engine that runs it.

The teaser page was a one-day sample. Here's what an ongoing partnership looks like.
